Caleb Bettis was named the Assistant Athletic Director of Athletic Facilities and Operations at High Point University in March of 2022. He oversees all home competitions while being the main sport facility contact for men's and women's lacrosse, volleyball, men's basketball, and men's and women's track and field. Additionally, Bettis is a part of the HPU Athletics Executive Staff.

In Bettis' first year at High Point, he was heavily involved in hosting the SoCon Men’s Lacrosse Tournament, Big South Women’s Lacrosse Tournament, Big South Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Big South Men’s Soccer Semi-Final, and Big South Volleyball Tournament.

Prior to his arrival at High Point, Bettis worked at LakePoint Sports as an Operations Coordinator from September 2020 until March 2022. At LP Sports, he coordinated event logistics, assisted in employee management, and managed all operations for LakePoint's 170,000 sq. ft. Champions Center that hosted over 100 events per year. He played an integral role in generating and tracking over $2.1 million during the 2021-22 calendar year, while being responsible for all safety and well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bettis also was in charge of LP's master calendar, monitoring the budget and weekly event flash reports.

Bettis began his trek working in sports at Francis Marion University as an athletic administrative intern. He was the assistant event manager for all 15 varsity teams and oversaw all facility preparation while assisting with eligibility lists and class registration from July 2017 to May 2018.

For the next two years, Bettis was the graduate facilities and sport operations at UNLV until June 2020. In his transition from Division II to Division I, he was able to be the direct supervisor for volleyball, women's basketball, and softball while assisting with men's basketball, baseball, and football. He was the event manager for National Invitational Volleyball Championship, Duel in the Desert, and Nevada State American Legion Baseball Tournament. Bettis also aided with operations surrounding the Mountain West Men's and Women's Basketball Tournament, Mitsubishi Motors Las Vegas Bowl, NBA Summer League, and USA Basketball.

Bettis was a three-year football letter winner at SUNY Cortland. He received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management in August 2016 from SUNY Cortland. He then earned his Master of Science in Sports Management — with an emphasize in Sport Administration —  from Liberty University in December 2018.
