Junior (2024-25)

• Outdoor
  • Competed at six meets, racing in the 3000m steeplechase at three meets and the 1500m at three meets.
  • Placed fourth in the 3000m steeplechase at the Big South Championships (May 12) clocking an 11:33.74 time.
  • Clocked a personal-best in the 1500m at the Wake Forest Invitational (apr. 17) with a 4:41.02 time.
• Indoor
  • Competed in five meets during the indoor season, switching between the Mile and 3000m.
  • Posted a new personal-best in the Mile at the Big South Championships (Feb. 28), shaving off 13 seconds from her previous PR with a 5:02.31 time to place 10th.
  • Also helped the DMR team take home gold at the Big South Championships (Feb. 28) with an 11:56.63 time.
  • Recorded a new personal-best in the 3000m at the Brant Tolsma Invitational with a 10:14.82 time to place 21st, running 23 seconds faster than her previous PR.

Sophomore (2023-24)

• Outdoor
  • Competed at five meets during the outdoor season.
  • Opened the season competing in the 1500m at back-to-back meets, recording a personal best time at the Charlotte 49er Classic (3/14) with a 4:50.46 time.
  • Ran in the 3000m steeplechase in the last three meets,recording a personal best time at the 2024 Charlotte Invitational (4/26) with an 11:22.15 time for 9th place.
  • Placed 7th in the 3000m steeplechase at the Big South Championships (5/6) after clocking an 11:35.53 time.
• Indoor
  • Competed at four meets during the season.
  • Opened the season with a 3rd place finish at the 2023 Liberty Kickoff (11/30) in the Mile with a 5:18.10 time.
  • Registered two personal best times at the Doc Hale VT Meet (2/2) in the Mile with a 5:15.73 time and hte 3000m with a 10:37.58.

Freshman (2022-23)

• Outdoor
  • Competed at two meets.
  • Posted a season best in teh 1500m at the Meet of Champions (4/15) with a 4:59.95 time.
• Indoor
  • Competed at two meets.
  • Finished 9th in the Mile at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational, running a new personal best of 5:28.39 (1/21)
