• Outdoor
  • Competed at seven meets during the outdoor season.
  • Participated in the 800m, 1500m and 4x800m and 4x800m relay teams.
  • Placed seventh at the Big South Championships (May 12) in the 800m with a time of 2:16.85.
  • Helped the 4x800m relay team set the HPU and Big South record at the Penn Relays (Apr. 24) with an 8:44.14 time.
  • Placed fifth in the 1500m at the VertKlasse Meeting (Apr. 4) with a 4:39.44 time.
• Indoor 
  • Competed at four meets during the indoor season.
  • Posted a personal best in the Mile at the Darius Dixon Memorial (Feb. 14) with a 5:08.67 time to place 15th.
  • Registered a new personal-best in the 800m at the Big South Championships (Feb. 28) to earn second place.
  • Helped the DMR team be crowned the Big South Champions (Feb. 28) after clocking an 11:56.63 time.

Sophomore (2023-24)

• Outdoor
  • Competed in the 800m and 1500m events at six meets.
  • Placed 6th in the 1500m (4:40.45) and 9th in the 800m (2:16.92) at the VertKlasse Meeting (4/5).
  • At the Big South Championships (5/6), placed 8th in both the 800m (2:18.26) and the 1500m (4:39.40).
• Indoor
  • Competed at six meets during the indoor season.
  • Recorded a personal best in the 1000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/12) with a 3:06.77 time.
  • Posted a personal best in the 600m at the Hokie Invitational (1/19) with a 1:40.43 time.
  • Placed 4th in the 800m at the Big South Championships (2/23) with a personal best time of 2:13.94.

Freshman (2022-23)

• Outdoor
  • Competed at eight meets.
  • Placed 2nd in the 800m at the Webb Davidson Meet (3/17) with a 2:17.12 time.
  • Recorded a personal best in the 1500m at the Charlotte Invitational 2023 (4/28) with a 4:34.10 time for 10th place.
  • At the Big South Championships (5/10), placed 4th in the 800m with a 2:12.74 time and 6th in the 1500m with a 4:36.80 time.
  • Registered a new personal best in the 800m at the Diesels Last Chance Meet (5/14) with a 2:12.58 time for 2nd place.
• Indoor
  • Set a new personal record in Mile at the Virginia Tech Invitational, running a time of 5:19.44 (1/13)
  • Finished 9th in 800m at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational, running a new personal best of 2:18.70
