- Set a new personal best in the 5000m at the Duke Invitational, with a time of 16:26.90 (4/9)
- Placed 7th in 1500m at the Meet of Champions, with a new personal best of 4:33.48, also set another new personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:18.33 (4/16)
- Placed 8th in 10,000m at the Virginia Challenge, with a new personal best of 34:15.78 (4/23)
- Placed 3rd in both the 5000m and 10,000m at the Big South Championships with a time of 17:05.06 in the 5K and 36:00.06 in the 10k (5/11)
- Qualified for 2022 NCAA East Preliminary Championships in the 10,000m and placed 33rd overall

- Finished 4th in the 5000m at the Charlotte Invitational, running a time of 16:48.48 (4/23)

2019-2020Â (Indoor):

- Collegiate debut at JDL Early Bird Duals (12/2), taking fourth in the 3000m
- Took sixth in the Keydet Invitational 3000m (1/18) with a time of 10:19.90, while helping the Panthers' DMR squad to a fourth-place finish (12:53.77)
- Earned a pair of All-Conference nods at Big South Championships (2/15-16), taking third in both the 3000m (10:11.06) and the 5000m (18:14.70)
