• Indoor
  • Competed in four meets during the indoor seaosn.
  • Recorded a personal best in the 600m (1:36.96) at the Music City Challenge (2/9).
  • Placed 8th at the Big South Championships (2/23) in the 800m with a 2:21.33 time.
  • Helped the DMR team to a 2nd place title at the Big South Championships (2/23) with a 12:00.73 time.

Freshman (2022-23)

• Outdoor
  • Competed in the 800m at hte 2023 Liberty Twilight Qualifier (5/3) and placed 1st with a 2:14.49 time.
  • Placed 5th in the 800m athe Big South Championships (5/10) with a personal best time of 2:12.86.
• Indoor
  • Set a new personal record in 800m at the Virginia Tech Invitational, running a time of 2:18.74 (1/13).
  • Competed in 1000m at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational, running a new personal best time of 3:04.22

Prior to HPU: Competed at New Balance Nationals in the mixed 4x400 relay winning and also setting a new national record…Also competes in XC
