2016-17:  Indoor, at the 2017 Liberty Kick-Off Jamie threw a strong weight throw with a mark of 16.95m (55" 7.5") placing 3rd...Threw 15.24m (50') in the weight throw at the Big South Championships placing 8th.

2015-16: Indoor, Placed third in the weight throw with a school record and personal best throw of 17.46m (57-3.5) at the Big South Championships...Won the weight throw at the High Point Team Challenge with a toss of 16.76m (55-0)...Big South Scholar Athlete of the Year...Outdoor, opened up the season with a big mark of 52.47m (172' 2") at the Wake Forest Open in the hammer throw...Had a career best at the VertKlasse Meeting with a throw of 53.69m (176' 2") placing third in the hammer throw...Millis Scholar Athlete

2014-15: Indoor, took over the weight throw school record for the first time at the Winston-Salem State Open with a throw of 15.46m (50-8.75)...Won the weight throw title at the UNCG Spartan Team Challenge (15.28m, 50-1.75)...Posted a throw of 14.35m (47-1) at the Big South Indoor Championship...Outdoor, broke the school record in the hammer throw that had stood for 11 years with a mark of 48.22m (158-2)...Proceeded to top that mark with a throw of 51.21m (168-0) at the Big South Championship to finish sixth and pick up three points for the Panthers...Also won the hammer throw title at the Campbell Invite in April (47.70m, 156-6).

2013-14: Indoor, career-best mark of 11.36 meters (37-3.25) in the shot put at Big South Championship ... Had career-best toss of 13.66 meters (44-9.75) in weight throw at Hilton Garden Innvitational ... Finished in fifth in weight throw at Dennis Craddock Invitational with toss of 13.46 meters (44-2) ... Placed seventh in shot put at Dennis Craddock Invite with mark of 11.34 meters (37-2.5).

Prep: Four-year member of the soccer and basketball teams at Lake Country Lutheran High School ... Four-time first-team All-Conference selection in soccer ... Two-time first-team All-Conference basketball honoree ...Also the valedictorian of graduating class.
