2025 (Outdoor)

• Competed at six meets during the outdoor season.
• At the first outdoor meet, she placed first in the 400m hurdles at the Webb Davidson Meet (Mar. 21) and ran a 1:00.26 time.
• Placed fourth in both the 100m hurdles (14.13) and the 400m hurdles (1:00.34 at the Wake Forest Invitational (Apr. 17).
• Registered a career best 13.88 time in the 100m hurdles at the Aggie Invitational (Apr. 18).
• Clocked a new career best in the 400m hurdles at the Big South Championships (May 12) with a 59.75 time.
• Placed fifth in the 100m hurdles (14.10) and the high jump (1.61m) at the Big South Championships.
• Helped the 4x400m relay team take second place at the Big South Championships with a 3:41.40 time.

2024-25 (Indoor)

• Competed in six meets during the indoor season.
• Finished second in the high jump at the Big South Championships (Feb. 28) clearing 1.64m.
• Placed fourth in the long jump at the Big South Championships and registered a career-best 5.60m jump.
• Finished fifth at the Big South Championships in the 60m hurdles and clocked an 8.76 time.

2024 (Outdoor)

• Did not compete in any meets during the outdoor season.

2023-2024 (Indoor)

• Placed eighth in the 60H with a time of 9.22 at the Liberty Kickoff (12/1).

2023 (Outdoor)

• Opened the season with a first place finish in the 400H with a time of 1:00.85 and assisted the 4x400m team to a first place finish with a combined time of 3:49.46 at the Webb Davidson Meet (3/17).
• Placed fourth in the 400H with a time of 1:00.52 at the Weems Baskin Relays (3/24).
• Clocked a time of 1:00.76 in the 400H to place in the top-3 at Vertklasse (4/1).
• Secured a 400H PR with a time of 1:00.16 to place runner-up and PRed in Long Jump with a mark of 5.53m to place ninth at the Meet of Champions (4/15).
• Placed fifth in the 400H with a time of 1:00.87 at the Virginia Challenge (4/10).
• Assisted the 4x400m team to a top-5 finish with a combined time of 3:44.06 at the UNF East Coast Relays (4/28).
• Assisted 4x400m team to a second place finish with a combined time of 3:41.74, placed third in the 400H with a time of 1:00.47, and PRed in the 100H with a time of 14.11 to finish in the top-5 at the Big South Outdoor Championships (5/10).
• Placed 3rd in the 400H with a time of 1:01.72 at Diesels Last Chance Meet (5/14).

2022-2023 (Indoor)

• Opened the season with a fourth place finish in the 400m with a time of 58.12 at the Liberty Kickoff (12/1).
• Finished in the top-5 of the 400m with a time of 57.86 at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/13).
• Placed runner-up in the 60H with a time of 8.70 at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/20).
• Assisted 4x400m team to a sixth place finish with a combined time of 3:46.70 at the Doc Hale VT Meet (2/3).
• Assisted 4x400m team to a first place finish with a combined time of 3:45.11 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/10).
• Assisted 4x400m team to a first place finish, again, with a combined time of 3:46.27 at the Big South Indoor Championships. She also PRed in the 400m with a time of 57.36 to place 10th, and PRed in the 60H with a time of 8.69 to place in the top-5 (2/24).

2022 (Outdoor): 

• Finished 3rd in the 400m hurdles at the VertKlasse Meet, running a time of 1:02 (4/1)
• Set a new personal best in the 100m hurdles at the Aggie Invitational, running a time of 14.46 (4/9)
• Competed on the 4x100m relay at the Aggie Invitational, that ran a time of 47.24 (4/9)
• Placed 4th in the women's high jump with a mark of 1.66 m at Big South Championship, also set a personal best in the women's 400 hurdles with a time of 1:01.35 (5/11)

• Finished 6th in the 300m dash at the Liberty Kickoff Meet, with a new personal best running a time of 41.36 (12/3)
• Placed 4th in the 400m dash at the Virginia Tech Invitational, with a new personal best running a time of 58.55 (1/15)
• Finished in 4th place in the 60m hurdles at South Carolina Invitational with a time of 8.95 (1/29)

Prior to HPU: She won the Swedish nationals while competing four times her age group, 300mh, 400mh, and 100mh twice. represented the Swedish national team in Finnkampen, Landslagsutmaningen, and the European U20 Championship. Considers her biggest accomplishment so far representing Sweden at the European U20 Championship.
