Junior (2024-25)
- Outdoor
- Competed at six meets during the outdoor season.
- Crowned the Big South 10,000m Champion (May 12) after registering a 35:16.25 time.
- Was also the 5000m Big South Runner-Up, clocking a 17:17.08 time.
- Ran a personal-best 34:21.43 time in the 10,000m at the Penn Relay (Apr. 24), shaving 38 seconds off the previous PR.
- Placed fifth in the 1500m at the Webb Davidson Meet (Mar. 21) and recorded a 4:37.57 time.
- Indoor
- Competed at five indoor meets.
- Placed fourth in both the 3000m (9:40.04 PR) and 5000m (16:51.73) races at the Big South Championships (Feb. 28).
- Had a season-best performance in the 5000m at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14) with a 16:41.64 time.
- Recorded a personal best in the Mile at the Doc Hale VT Meet to finish ninth with a 5:01.15 time, crushing her previous personal best by 27 seconds.

- Competed in five outdoor meets.
- Ran a personal best in the 5000m at the 2024 Bryan Clay Invitational, finishing 4th with a 16:29.04 time.
- One meet later at the 2024 Charlotte Invitational, she placed 5th in the 5000m (16:55.36) and 19th int eh 1500m with a personal best time of 4:36.24.
- Ran her first ever 10,000m event at the Big South Championships (5/6) and placed 2nd with a 34:59.66 time.
- Also ran in the 5000m at the Big South Championships (5/6) and placed 2nd with a time of 17:05.26.
- Indoor
- Competed at four meets.
- Opened the season with a personal best in the 300m at the 2023 Liberty Kickoff with a 9:58.43 3rd place time.
- Ran a season best 17:14.74 in the 5000m at the Music City Challenge (2/9).
- At the Big South Championships (2/23), placed 4th in the 5000m (17:42.92) and 7th in the 3000m (10:05.26).
