- Placed in the Top 10 in the discus at four meets and in the hammer at three meets.
- At the Big South Championships (5/6), placed 5th in the discus (44.17m) and 11th in the hammer (48.31m) with a personal best throw.
- Recorded a personal best in the discus at the Dani Palooza Last Chance meet (5/12) with a 45.45m throw for 2nd place.
- Took home 1st and 2nd place at the Southside Power & Fitness Invitational (4/13) in the discus and hammer, respectively.

- Threw a personal best in teh shot put, 10.63m at the Meet of Champions (4/15).
- Placed 4th in the hammer throw at the 2023 Aggie Classic (4/21) with a 43.89m throw.
- Placed 6th in both the discus (41.56m) and the hammer (44.99m) at the 2023 Liberty Twilight Qualifier (5/3).
- At the Big South Championship, placed 8th in the discus with a 41.62m throw and 12th in the hammer with a 44.15m throw.
2022-23 (Indoor):
- Competed in the weight throw at three meets.
- Had a season best throw at the JDL DMR Invitational (2/17) with a 13.97m throw for 5th place.
2022 (Outdoor):
- Competed in the Hammer Throw at the VertKlasse Meet, with a throw of 40.32m (4/1)
- Placed 14th in Hammer Throw at the Meet of Champions, with a new personal best of 42.89m (4/16)
- Competed in Discus at the Charlotte Invitational, with a new personal best of 38.98 (4/30)
