Lydia Fenoglio joined the High Point University Strength & Conditioning staff in January 2026 working with women's soccer and women's rowing.
Prior to arriving at HPU, Fenoglio was a full-time intern with Olympic Sports Performance at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill assisting with all 25 Olympic sport teams.
From 2023-2025, she worked as a Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Indiana State University and led all aspects of strength & conditioning for women's basketball, women's swim & dive, track & field, and cross country teams. In 2023, she helped ISU Swim & Dive to their first Missouri Valley Conference championship title and contributed to track & field's 12 MVC titles with a women's Indoor championship win and outdoor conference championship titles for both women's & men's teams.
Before her time at Indiana State, Fenoglio interned with Colorado State Football Strength & Conditioning.
Fenoglio earned her B.S. in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University in 2023 and her M.S. in Kinesiology from Indiana State University in 2025.
Fenoglio is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
A native to Danville, California, she currently resides in Greensboro, North Carolina.
