- Posted a PR at the Big South Cross Country Championship with a time of 18:09.8Â in the 5k and placed 16th
- Ran the 5k at the Adidas XC Challenge Open with a time of 19:05.7Â
- Competed at the Lehigh Paul Short Run and completed the 6k in a time of 22:18.5

SOPHOMORE (2023)
