GRADUATE STUDENT (2023)

Competed in all six meets.
Doubled her number of top-10 finishes over the course of the season, bringing in three top-10 finishes.
Opened the season with an eighth place finish at the Elon Opener (13:39.0).
Posted a time of 22:15.3 at the Virginia Tech Alumni Meet to finish 10th.
Landed a 26th place finish with a time of 18:01.2 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational.
Clocked a 6K time of 21:15.4 at the UVA Pre-Nationals Meet, placing 12th.
PRed in the 5K race at the Big South Championships with a time of 17:09.6 to place fourth.
Finished season with another 6K PR at the NCAA Southeast Regionals with a time of 20:58.9.

SENIOR (2022)

Continued her solid career for High Point with a 15th-place outing in the season-opener, which came at the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 2) after a time of 18:03.37.
Snagged 20th, her seventh Top-25 career finish, at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite (Sept. 16), where she posted a time of 22:38.8.
Overcame a 94th-place outing at the Live in the Lou Classic with her best career finish (fourth) at the VertCross Invitational (Oct. 14) with a time of 21:55.2.
Closed out the Big South Championship (Oct. 29) by crossing the line fifth in a time of 17:45.0.
Ended the season at the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 11), where she was 112th at the 6k event by virtue of a 22:27.6 time.

JUNIOR (2021)

Opened the 2021 fall season with a 29th-place outing at the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 3) after finishing with a time of 18:25.23.
Put together her fourth Top-25 finish in a five-race span after placing 25th overall in the Virginia / Panorama Farms Invitational (18:42.1).
Claimed 86th at the Live in Lou Classic (Oct. 2) after a time of 18:02.6.
Ended the VertCross Invitational (Oct. 15) in 23rd, her fourth Top-25 outing, with a time of 18:59.7.
Was a solid performer for High Point at the Big South Championship (Oct. 29), crossing the line 18th with a time of 18:46.5.
Reached the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 12) for the first time in her career, posting a time of 23:11.4 (148th).

SOPHOMORE (2020-21)

Rattled off a pair of Top-15 finishes to open the season, including a fourth-place outing at the Winthrop/Adidas Invitational (Jan. 29, 2021) with a mark of 18:32.3.
Followed that with a 12th-place performance in the Winter VertCross (Feb. 12) after a time of 22:47.99.

FRESHMAN (2019)

Began her career by taking part in five events over the course of the season.
Made her collegiate debut at the Covered Bridge Open (Aug. 30) where she was 31st overall with a mark of 19:36.61.
Rebounded from a 114th-place outing at the Commodore Classic (Sept. 14) with a 65th-place finish at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational (Sept. 27) by closing in 22:42.3.
Came through with a 29th-place finish (23:11.18) at the VertCross Invitational (Oct. 18) in 23:11.18.
Capped off her final race of the season by finishing 19th, resulting in her best finish, at the Big South Championship (Nov. 2) in 19:11.0.
