2007: Was a solid runner for the Panthers all season... had a season best finish at the Greensboro Invitational... recorded her best time at the Big South Championships... helped the Panthers to six top-3 finishes... Millis Scholar-Athlete.
2006: Had a solid first year for the Panthers, finishing in the top-20 in three meets including a seventh place finish at the Old North State Championships where she helped the team take home first place... helped the team to a third place finish at the Big South meet.

Attended Paul Dwyer Catholic where the team was the OFSAA Cross country champions in 2004... bronze medalists... was the individual OFSAA cross country champion in 2004 also won the championship in 3000-meter in 2004 and finished fourth in the 1500-meter the same year... also competedin soccer with the Oshawa Kicks who were the Ontario Cup finalists in 2006... played basketball for the Whitby Wildcats and won the AA championship in 2004... named the Female Athlete of the Year in 2004... won track and cross country awards in 2004 and 2005... ran for the Toronto Olympic Club... was the junior nationals cross country silver medalist in 2004.
