Anne Park was named an assistant athletic trainer in August 2015.
She will work primarily with the HPU men’s and women’s cross country and men’s and women’s track & field programs.
Park comes to HPU from South Dakota State, where she served as a student athletic trainer for the Jackrabbits. Park worked with the SDSU softball and football teams while earning her master’s degree in athletic training from the university.
During her time in Brookings, Park also worked as an athletic training assistant at Brookings High School and assisted at the Rehabilitation at Orthopedic Institute Sioux Falls.
A native of South Korea, Park worked as an athletic trainer at the Bareun-Sesang Sports Rehabilitation Center in Boondang-Si from 2011-2013. She earned her undergraduate degree in adapted physical education from Hanshin University in 2010.
She is a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer and a member of the Korean Association of Certified Exercise Professionals.
