SENIOR (2024)

• Participated in two meets.
• Ran best 6K time of 22:09.4 at Lehigh Paul Short  
• Competed at Adidas XC Challenge int he 5k with a time of 18:43.6

JUNIOR (2023)

• Participated in three meets.
• Ran best 4K time of 13:55.9 at Elon Opener to place 12th. 
• Finished 11th at Big South Championships with a time of 18:07.9.
• Ended the season at NCAA Southeast Regionals with a 6K time of 22:25.4 to place 135th. 

SOPHOMORE (2022)

• Raced in all six events for the Panthers during the course of the 2022 campaign. 
• Began her season with a strong performance in the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 2), placing seventh for the first Top-10 of her collegiate career, with a mark of 17:50.55.
• Came in 28th at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite (Sept. 16) after crossing the line in 22:54.3 at the 6k event. 
• Opened October with a 97th-place outing in the Live in Lou Classic (Oct. 1) with a time of 18:03.2.
• Posted her second Top-10 career finish (eighth) at the VertCross Invitational (22:11.0). 
• Continued her solid season at the Big South Championship (October 29), closing out the 5k race in 18:08.9 to finish 12th overall. 
• Made her first appearance in the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 11), posting a 101st-place outing after a time of 22:19.9 in the 6k event. 

FRESHMAN (2021)

• Competed in five events over the duration of the season, earning two Top-25 finishes along the way. 
• Made her collegiate debut at the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 3), scoring a 25th-place finish with a time of 18:17.61. 
• Took part in the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational (Sept. 17), where she was 31st overall with a mark of 18:54.6.
• Ended the Live at the Lou Classic (Oct. 2) with a 123rd-place finish after crossing the line of the 5k even in 18:19.7.
• Claimed 38th in the VertCross Invitational (Oct. 15) by virtue of a 19:29.1 time for the High Point event. 
• Equaled her best finish of the season (25th) at the Big South Championship, coming through with a 19:08.2 on October 29th. 

PREP
She excelled as a stand-out runner in the state of North Carolina as she earned Cross Country All-State and All-Region honors in 2019 and 202 and Track All-State honors in 2019 and 2021.
