2019 Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (3/16), running the 2000m steeplechase... 10:05.23 in the VertKlasse Meeting 3000m steeplechase (3/23) finished first overall... Took a runner-up finish in the Phoenix Invitational (4/6), completing the 3000m steeple in 9:48.17... Ran a career-best 9:28.47 in the Big South Championship 3000m steeplechase (5/9), finishing third overall... Millis Scholar-Athlete

2018-19 Indoor: Ran in three meets during the indoor season... Finished the 5000m in a time of 15:54.53 during Big South Championships (2/16), taking 10th in the event... Millis Scholar-Athlete

2018 Outdoor: Placed 12th in the 3,000m steeplechase in 10:04.81 at the Big South Championships... Recorded a PR in the steeple of 9:42.95 at the Duke Invitational.

2017-18 Indoor: Finished 14th in the 5,000 meters in 16:10.57 at the Big South Championships... Posted a PR in the 5,000m in 15:45.21 at the Darius Dixon Memorial.

2017 Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 3,000m steeplechase in 9:50.77 at the Big South Championships... Posted a season-best time in the 3,000mSC in 9:46.77 at the Liberty Twilight.

2016-17 Indoor: Opened up his collegiate career as a Panther with a strong time of 8:58.58 in the 3000m at the JDL College Team Challenge... Ran a career best in the mile with a time of 4:32.25 at the Virginia Tech Challenge.

Prior to High Point: Earned four letters in track and cross country at North Rockland High School...Garnered first team all-county accolades in cross country and the 2000-meter steeplechase...Led the Red Raiders to three-conference titles and a pair of county and sectional championships during his career...Also served as team captain of the distance squad and won the county championship in the steeplechase in 2016...Held personal bests of 9:55.79 in the 3000m steeplechase, 9:47.90 in the 3000-meter, 4:33.85 in the 1600-meter and 2:02.50 in the 800-meter.
