FRESHMAN (2024-25)
  • Outdoor
    • Competed in 10 meets during the outdoor season.
    • Placed first in the 400m at three meets.
    • Was crowned the Big South 400m Champion (May 12) with a program record 46.45 time.
    • Was aĀ leg on the 4x400m relay team which took first place at fourĀ meets including the Big South Championships.
    • The team set the program record in the 4x400m race at the Dani Palooza Last Chance meet with a 3:05.92 time to qualify for the NCAA East First Rounds in Jacksonville, Florida.
    • HPU placed 21st in the prelims at the NCAA East First Rounds with a 3:08.09 time.
    • His best performance in the 200m was at the VertKlasse Meeting (Apr. 4) in fourth place with a career-bestĀ  21.02 time.
  • Indoor
    • Competed in seven meets during the indoor season.
    • Placed third in the 400m at the Big South Championships (Feb. 28) with a 47.38 time.
    • Set the program record in the 300m with a 33.56 time at the Virginia Tech Invitational (Jan. 17)
    • Won the 300m and 4x400m at the Liberty Kickoff (Dec. 5) in his freshman debut.
    • Posted a personal best 7.09 time in the 60m at the Liberty Kickoff (Dec. 5).
High School
  • Was a member of the Hough High School cross country and track and field teams, and was a four-year varsity letter winner on both teams.
  • During the 2022-23 track and field season he was voted the team MVP.
  • In 2023 he was crowned the AAU Junior Olympics Games 800m National Champion, the 800m AAU Junior Olympics Games All-American, the 400m AAU Junior Olympics Games All-American and helped guide his high school 4x400m relay team to a 4A state title.
  • In 2024 he helped guide the 4x400m Relay team to a NCHSAA 4A Indoor and Outdoor State title and was crowned the 500m NCHSAA 4A Indoor State Champion.
