2019 Outdoor: Took second at the HPU VertKlasse Meeting (3/23)... running a 10:08.03 in the 3000m steeple... Claimed fourth in the 3000m steeple while at the Phoenix Invitational (4/6), crossing the finish line in 10:10.30... Capped off the season with a 10:09.81 steeplechase time at the Duke Invitational (4/20)

2018 Outdoor: Ran in four meets during the outdoor season... Opened up his outdoor career with a 9:16.24 3000m at the 49er Classic (3/15)...
