- Outdoor
- Competed in five meets during the outdoor season.
- Posted a new personal best in the 1500m at the Charlotte Invitational (Apr. 26-27) with a time of 3:55.90 for a fourth place finish.
- Finished first in the 5000m at the opening meet of the outdoor season, Bob Davidson Team Challenge (Mar. 22-23) to record a personal best time of 14:30.74.
- Indoor
- Competed in three meets during the indoor season.
- PR'd in the 3000m at the Doc Hale VT Meet (Feb. 2-3) with a time of 8:46.82 for 16th place.
- Recorded personal bests in the 1000m and mile at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 19-20) posting a 2:39.76 time in the 1000m and a 4:20.03 time in the mile.
Senior (2021-22/ST. Olaf):
- Outdoor
- Competed in five meets during the indoor season.
- Posted a season-best in the 1500m at the Norse Invite (Apr. 9) with a time of 3:56.07 for second place.
- Had a season-best time of 15:06.23 in the 5000m race at the St. Thomas Cat Invitational (Apr.13).
- Was a member of the 4x400m relay team at two meets, helping the team to a sixth place finish with a time of 3:34.60 at the Holst Invitational (Apr. 22-23).
- INDOOR:Â
- All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter run (2nd, 8:22.08) and mile run (3rd, 4:16.10), both times were personal bests.
- MIAC Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week (Jan. 18).
- Finished the season fourth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 3,000-meter run (8:22.08) and eighth in the 1,000-meter run (2:30.32).

- Competed in six meets his junior season.
- Placed third in the NCAA Final Qualifier in the 1500m with a personal best time of 3:53.38.
- Placed third in the 1500m at the 2021 MIAC Championships (May 14-15) with a time of 3:56.19.
- Placed first in the 1500m at the Carleton Relays (Apr. 16-17) with a 3:58.64 time.
- Finished second in the 5000m at the Hamline Showcase (Apr. 23-24) and the St. Thomas Tommie Twilight (May 5).

- Did not compete in any indoor meets.

- Had a season-best time of 4:05.08 in the 1500m at the Meet of Saints (May 4).
- Recorded a personal best in the 800m at the Tomcat Twilight with a time of 1:59.90 for 10th place.

- Placed third in the one-mile run with a time of 4:25.97 at the St. Thomas Opener on Jan. 11.
- Finished second in the mile with a time of 4:28.46 at the St. Olaf Quadrangular on Jan. 25.
- Took second in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:00.39 at the St. Thomas Showcase on Feb. 8.
