- PRed in six events of the Decathlon: 100m with a time of 12.00, Shot Putt with a mark of 10.62m, 400m with a time of 55.75, Javelin Throw with a mark of 31.75m, Discus with a mark of 20.72m, and 1500m with a time of 5:23.09, giving him a Decathlon PR of 4894 to place fourth overall at the Bob Davidson Challenge (3/22)
- Placed 17th in High Jump with a mark of 1.75m at Vertklasse (4/5)

2023-24 (Indoor)
- Placed seventh in the Heptathlon with 4188 points and two PRs in the High Jump with a mark of 1.90m and the 1000m with a time of 3:00.42 at the Liberty Kickoff (12/1)
- Placed 14th in the 300m with a PR time of 39.64 at the Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge (1/20)
- Placed 32nd in the 60H with a time of 9.72 at the Camel City Invite (1/26)
- PRed in four events of the Heptathlon: 60m with a time of 7.50, Long Jump with a mark of 6.07m, 60H with a time of 9.69, and the Pole Vault with a mark of 3.85m. Cramer finished fifth overall with a new Heptathlon PR of 4315 at the Big South Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23)
HIGH SCHOOL:

- Named to the second team All-County in both winter and spring in 2022.
