2011-12: Ran a new personal best at the UNC Invitational in the 800-meter race with a time of 2:01.04.

2010-11: During the indoor season, placed 14th in the mile at the Dick Taylor UNC Classic and 15th at the Big South Championship ... Outdoors, ran a career-best 4:14.16 to place 10th in the 1,500-meter at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational.

2009-10: After being injured for most of the indoor season, placed 15th in the 800-meter at the Virginia Tech Final Qualifier ... Took 15th in his heat of the 1,500-meter in 4:24.46 at the Wake Forest Open ... Placed 19th in the 800-meter in 2:05.16 at the HPU VertKlasse Meeting.

2008-09: Competed in four meets during the indoor season ... Did not compete during the outdoor season.

Prep: Team was state champ and regional champ in cross country in 2004 and 2007... Named first-team All-County honors in 2007 and second team in 2005 ... 11-time varsity letterwinner ...
