- Outdoor
- Competed at three meets.
- Posted a season best in the 200m at the outdoor season opener at the Charlotte 49er Classic (Mar. 14-16) with a 22.17 time (-o.6).
- Was a part of the 4x400m relay team that finished first at the Big South Outdoor Championships (Apr. 5-6) with a time of 3:17.63.
- Indoor
- Competed at six meets during the indoor season.
- Finished second in two events at the Big South Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24), including the 400 with a season best time of 48.41 and also in the 4x400m with a time of 3:17.89.
- Clocked a season best 22.28 in the 200m at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 26-27).
- Registered a season best in the 60m with a time of 7.04 at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 19-20).
- Ran a season best in the 300m at the Virginia Tech Invitational (Jan. 12-13) with a time of 35.39.
- Was a part of the DMR Team that broke the indoor program record at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 9-10) with a time of 9:45.93Â for a first place finish.
HIGH SCHOOL:
- Broke the school record in the 300m in 2022.
- Was a 5x all-metro winner, a 1x state champ, a 4x state runner-up, a 2x all-state, a 4x region champ, 3x region runner-up, 4x all-region, class 5c region indoor runner of the year, and a 2x All-American.
- Member of the Rho Kappa (History Honors Society)
- Awarded the Academic Excellence in Probability and Statistics.
- Was also a Glen Allen Faculty Medallion award recipient.
- Ran club for the Athletes of the Boardroom from 2019-2023.
