-Big South Indoor Track Athlete of the Week (Feb. 6, 2025)
Sophomore (2024-25)
- Outdoor
- Competed in two meets after suffering a hamstring injury.
- Ran with the 4x100m relay team at the Webb Davidson Meet (Mar. 21) and helped the team to a fourth place finish with a 40.67 time.
- Raced at the Dani Palooza Last Chance Meet (May 18) in the 400m and registered a 48.82 time.
- Indoor
- Competed at six meets during the indoor season.
- Ran in his first 60m dash at the Liberty Kickoff (12/5) clocking a 7.16 time.
- Helped the 4x400m relay team break the program record three different times, to rank third all-time in the Big South with a 3:09.04 time at the Gamecock Challenge (2/1). The team was named the Track Athletes of the Week on February 6.
- Posted a career-best and broke the program record in the 400m at the Big South Championships (Feb. 28) with a 47.27 time to place second overall.
Freshman (2023-24)
- Outdoor
- Competed in seven meets.
- Represented High Point in the 200m, 400m, 4x400m relay and the 4x100m relay.
- Clocked a season best in the 200m at the Pacific Coast Invitational (Apr. 11) with a 22.35 (-2.0) time.
- Progressively got better in the 400m and posted a season best at the Big South Championships, breaking the school record with a time of 47.51 to earn a spot on the podium in second place.
- The 4x400m relay team finished first at the Big South Championships (3:14.42) and at the VertKlasse Meeting (3:17.63).
- Indoor
- Competed in six meets.
- Ran a season best in the 300m at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 19-20) with a 35.12 time.
- Ran a season best in the 400m at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 26-27) with a time of 49.57.
- Also ran a season best in the 200m at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitaitonal (Jan. 26-27) with a time of 22.37.
- Was a part of the 4x400m relay team which raced at four meets and recorded a season best 3:17.38 at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 9-10) for a seventh place finish.
- The 4x400m relay team finished second overall at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 23-24) for a spot on the podium with a time of 3:17.89.
HIGH SCHOOL:
- Was a caption on the track and field team and the boy's basketball team in 2023.
- Won the 2023 Charles Way "All-American" Award.
- Helped his team finish first in the 4x4 relay at the Penn Relays.
- Was a member of the National Honor Society, Black Student Union and the Special Olympics Club.
