- Outdoor
- Competed in seven meets.
- Opened the season with two 2nd place finishes at the Bob Davidson Team Challenge (3/22) in the 800m (1:53.01) and the 1500m (3:47.50.
- Posted a new personal best in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays (3/28) with a time of 14:23.19.
- Placed 2nd at the 2024 Liberty Twilight Qualifier (5/1) and broke the program record with a 3:43.22 time, which had been held since 2005.
- Secured a new personal best time in the 800m prelims at the Big South Championships (5/6) with a time of 1:51.36 before finishing 4th in the finals with a time of 1:52.66.
- Finished 2nd in the 1500m at the Big South Championships (5/6) with a time of 3:46.38.
- Indoor
- Competed in five meets.
- Opened the season with a 4th place finish in the 3000m (8:30.00) at the 2023 Liberty Kickoff (11/30).
- Recorded a personal best in the 100m at the Hokie Invitational (1/19) with a 2:29.69 time.
- Posted a personal best in the 3000m at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational (1/26) with an 8:14.88 time and a 5th place finish.
- Helped the DMR team to a 1st place finish at the Music City Challenge (2/9) to break the program record with a 9:45.93 time.
- Crowned the Big South Mile Champion after clocking a personal best 4:05.69.
Senior (2023/UNC)Â
- Competed in the mile, 3000 meters and 5000 meters during indoor season.
- Took first place in the mile at the Dick Taylor Challenge in Chapel Hill in January.
- During outdoor season, earned a spot on the 2023 ACC Outdoor Track and Field Academic All-ACC Team.
- Ran the 1,500m in four regular season meets with a best time of 3:49.09 at the Wake Forest Invitational.
- Finished 32nd in a preliminary heat of the 1,500m at the ACC Outdoor Championships.
Junior (2022/UNC)
- Placed 7th in the 1500m at the VertKlasse Meeting (4/1) with a 3:56.53 time.
Sophomore (2021/UNC)
- Did not compete in any meets.
