2024 (Outdoor)
- Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season.
- Posted a new PR in the 3000m steeplechase at the Wake Forest Invitational (4/19) with a 8:56.85 time.
- Crowned the Big South 3000m steeplechase champion at the Big South Championships (5/6) after clocking a 9:03.49 time.
- Also ran a personal best in the 5000m at the Big South Championships (5/6) and placed sixth with a 14:53.41 time.
- Recorded a 3:51.36 personal best in the 1500m at the 2024 Liberty Twilight Qualifier (5/1).
2023-2024 (Indoor)
- Secured a 6th place finish in the 3000m with a time of 8:34.71 at the Liberty Kickoff (12/1)
- Posted a new 3000m PR of 8:33.98 to finish 11th at the Hokie Invitational (1/19)
- PRed in the 800m at the Virginia tech Challenge (2/16) to finish first with a 1:54.91 time.
- PRed in the Mile at the Big South Championships (2/23) to finish sixth place with a 4:15.00 time.
- Also ran in the DMR at the Big South CHampionships (2/23) and helped the team place second overall with a 10:13.46 time.
2023 (Outdoor)
- Took home gold in the 3000 Steeple with a time of 9:23.25 at the Webb Davidson Meet (3/17)
- Placed 2nd in the 3000 Steeple with a time of 9:17.61 at Vertklasse (4/1)
- Secured a 1st place finish in the 3000 Steeple with a time of 9:14.55 at the Meet of Champions (4/15)
- Placed 4th in the 3000 Steeple with a time of 9:15.40 at the Virginia Challenge (4/20)
- Posted a new 1500 PR time of 3:55.22 at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier (5/3)
- Secured a 1st place finish with a new 3000 Steeple PR of 9:05.32 and placed 4th in the 1500m with a time of 4:17.14 at the Big South Outdoor Championships (5/10)
