Junior (2023-24)

• Outdoor
  • Competed in seven events during his senior outdoor season.
  • Recorded new personal bests in the 1500m (3:43.97) and the 800m (1:51.59).
  • Crowned the Big South Champion in the 1500m with a time of 3:46.21.
  • Helped the 4x400m relay team to a first place title at the Big South Championships (May 6-8) with a time of 3:14.42.
  • Also earned a spot on the podium in second place in the 800m at the Big South Championships with a 1:51.85 time.
  • Placed first in the 800m (1:51.59) and the 4x400m relay (3:17.63) at VertKlasse (Apr. 5-6). 
  • Placed first in the 800m at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier with a 1:51.67 time.
• Indoor
  • Competed in four indoor meets.
  • Crowned the Big South Champion in the 800m with a time of 1:53.04.
  • Clocked a personal best in the mile at the Big South Championship (Feb. 23-24) with a time of 4:06.97 for second place.
  • Helped the DMR team at the Music City Challenge break the program record for first place with a time of 9:45.93.
  • Ran his first 3000m at the Boston University Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (Dec. 2) and clocked an 8:18.15 time.

• Outdoor
  • Opened outdoor season with two first place finishes in the 800m (1:54.85) and the 1500m (3:54.53) races at the Webb Davidson Meet (3/17-3/18).
  • Set personal best times in the 800m (1:51.90) and 1500m (3:47.18).
  • Ended the season at the Big South Championships, finishing third in the 800m (1:52.91) and sixth in the 1500m (3:59.56).
• Indoor
  • Competed in five meets during the indoor season.
  • Recorded his best finishes in the DMR and the 800m with second place finishes at the Big South Championships after recording a time of 10:13.75 and 1:55.78 in those respective events.
  • Set three new personal bests; two at the Virginia Tech Challenge in the 1000m (2:27.34) and the 500m (1:07.83) and the third at the Doc Hale VT Meet in the mile (4:16.55).

• Outdoor
  • Placed 3rd in the 800m at the VertKlasse Meet, running a time of 1:57.64 (4/1)
  • Competed in 1500m at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier, running a new personal best of 3:55.04 (5/4)
  • Placed 6th in 1500m at the Big South Championships running a time of 3:56.69, also placed 12th in 800m with a new personal best of 1:54.27 (5/11)
• Indoor
  • Competed in the Mile at South Carolina Invitational, runing a time of 4:20.75 (1/29)
  • Placed 3rd in the 1000m at Camel City Invitational, running a new personal best of 2:33.16 (2/4)
  • Placed 8th in the Mile at Big South Championships, running a new personal best of 4:17.25 (2/25)
