2019-20 Indoor: Competed in seven meets this season... Recorded a personal best in the 60H at the Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge (1/11)... Placed fourth in the heptathlon at the Hokie Invitational (1/24-25)... Was the runner up in the heptathlon with a personal best score of 5134 and finished fifth in the high jump at the Big South Indoor Championships (2/28-29).

2019 Outdoor: Repeat Big South Decathlon champion, recording a 6,535 at the conference meet (5/8-9)... Opened the outdoor season with a personal best 40.49m in the discus at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (3/16)... Threw a 12.48m in the shot put on the way to a first place finish in the HPU VertKlasse Meeting decathlon (3/21-22) and a score of 6,457... Cleared 4.42m in the Phoenix Invitatational pole vault (4/6) for a fourth-place finish... Took first in five of 10 decathlon events during Big South Championships, tossing a personal best 12.56m in the shot put, running a career best 51.40 in the 400m and clearing a lifetime best 4.52m in the pole vault... 2018-19 Indoor: Ran a PR of 8.65 in the 60m hurdles, making his season debut at JDL Early Bird Duals (12/2)... 1.95m high jump was good for sixth at the Keydet Invitational (1/19)... Turned in a 4,693 during the Liberty Kickoff heptathlon (1/25-26), clearing 2.00m in the high jump and throwing a 12.52m in the shot put... Finished top-three in six of seven events during Big South Championship heptathlon (2/15-16), finishing with a personal best of 4,730... Set a new personal best with a 4.22m in the Big South Championship heptathlon pole vault... Millis Scholar-Athlete

2018 Outdoor: Big South Champion in the decathlon with a season-best score of 6,792 points... Set the High Point record in the high jump of 2.07m (6-9.5) during the decathlon... Also placed fourth in the 110m hurdles at the conference meet... Earned silver medal in decathlon at USATF Junior Outdoor Championships.

2017-18 Indoor: Finished fifth in the heptathlon at the Big South Championships with a season-best score of 4,723 points... Also placed sixth as part of the 4x400m relay at the conference meet.
