2024 (Outdoor):

• Competed in three meets during the outdoor season, including the decathlon at the Big South Championships.
• Finished six overall in the Decathlon at the Big South Championships with 4,845 points.
• Recorded a new personal best in the 100m with a time of 13.23 in the dec.
• Recorded a new personal best in the javelin throw at the Big South Championships with a 48.17m throw.
• At the 2024 Charlotte Invitational he recorded a personal best time in the 800m, 2:12.72.

2023-24 (Indoor):

• Competed in seven indoor meets.
• Competed in the heptathlon at the Doc Hale VT Meet and the Big South Indoor Championships.
• Finished fourth overall in the heptathlon at the Big South Championships after recording a new personal best 4,638 points.
• Posted new personal bests during the indoor season in the 60m (7.59), 60mH (8.91), shot put (10.91m), pole vault (4.45m), 1000m (2:59.62), 300m (39.09), high jump (1.75m), and the long jump (6.72m).

2022-2023 (outdoor):

• Competed in five meets prior to the Big South Championships.
• Set multiple PRs throughout the outdoor season, including 110mH (16.92, 19th), JT (45.02,18th) and the LJ (6.61m, 22nd).
• Set multiple PRs in the Big South Championships in the Decathlon including an overall score of 5921, finishing fifth overall.

2022-2023 (Indoor): 

• Set three new personal records in the 60 meter dash and the 60m Hurdles and High Jump in the Heptathlon at the Liberty Kickoff Season Opener, running a times of 7.66 and 9.26 and 1.56m (12/3)

• Finished 7th in the Long Jump at the Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge, with a mark of 6.05m (1/14)

• Set a new personal record in the Heptathlon at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational, scoring a total of 4160 points (1/21)
