Graduate (2025-26)
  • Indoor
    • Competed in seven meets during the indoor season.
    • Won the heptathlon and set a personal best with 5815 points and set a personal best in the shot put with a mark of 15.15m at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 27-28).
    • Won the heptathlon with 5725 points, won the long jump and set a personal best with a mark of 7.31m, won the shot put with a mark of 14.73m, won the pole vault with a mark of 4.82m, placed second in the high jump with a mark of 1.90m, placed fourth in the 60H with a time of 8.40, placed fifth in the 60m with a time of 7.13, and placed fifth in the 1000m with a time of 2:49.30 at the 2025 Liberty Kick Off (Dec. 4-5).
    • Was a leg on the 4x400 relay team that placed second with a time of 3:26.07 and placed fifth in the high jump with a mark of 1.93m at the UNCA Collegiate Opener (Jan. 10).
    • Placed third in the long jump with a mark of 7.20m and was a leg on the 4x400 relay team that placed fourth with a time of 3:16.75 at the Virginia Tech Invitational (Jan. 16-17).
    • Placed fifth in the 400m with a time of 51.22 at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 23-24).
    • Placed first in the heptathlon with 5695 points and set a personal best 8.17 in the 60H at the Doc Hale Invitational (Jan. 30-31).
    • Placed fourth in the 60H with a time of 8.55 at the ASICS Sound Invite (Feb. 14).
Senior (2024-25)
  • Outdoor
    • Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season, including the decathlon at three meets.
    • Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the decathlon as HPU's first-ever combined events athlete. Placed 11th overall with a program and Big South record, 7,662 points. His highest placement out of all 10 events was the high jump, placing sixth with a 2.01m clear.
    • Was crowned the Big South Decathlon Champion (May 14, 2025) for second straight year after capturing a meet record 7,609 points (program record at the time). Placed first in nine of the 10 events, recording new PR's in the 110H (14.78), 1500m (4:35.59) and 400 (49.58).
    • Competed in the decathlon at the Bryan Clay Multi Event meet in California (Apr. 10, 2025) and registered 7,285 points for seventh place. 
    • He is the first-ever Big South student-athlete to earn All-America distinction in the heptathlon and decathlon in the same season, as well as the first to win back-to-back Big South titles in both events.
  • Indoor
    • Competed in seven meets during the indoor season.
    • Opened the season at the Liberty Kickoff (Dec. 5, 2024), posted a program and Big South record in the heptathlon with 5,772 points for first place. Registered a personal best in the shot put with a 14.74m throw for first place. Also placed first in the pole vault with a 4.83m clear.
    • Competed in the heptathlon at the Doc Hale VT Meet (Feb. 7, 2025) and placed third overall with 5,571 points. Posted new PR's in the 60m (7.09) and the 1000m (2:43.12).
    • Established an indoor PR in the pole vault with a clearance of 5.00m at the Division I Pre-National Meet, (Feb. 14, 2025) becoming one of 13 student-athletes in conference history to clear 5.00m.
    • Won the heptathlon at the Big South Indoor Championships for the second straight season. Registered a meet record 5,705 points.
    • Capped the indoor season with a 14th-place finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a total of 5,571 points for Second-Team All-America honors.
Junior (2023-24)
  • Outdoor
    • Competed in seven meets and represented HPU in the decathlon at the Bryan Clay Invitational and the Big South Outdoor Championships.
    • Broke the program record at the Bryan Clay Invitational with 7,431 points but later broke his own record at the Big South Outdoor Championships with 7,466 points and a Big South Individual Title.
    • At the Big South Championships he finished first in seven events and second in the other three events while recording new personal bests in the 100m (10.84), 400m (50.07), javelin (53.48m) and the 1500m (4:45.62).
    • Ranked 28th in the country and second in the Southeast Region in the decathlon after the Big South Championships.
    • Competed for Team Canada at the Olympic Trials and placed first overall recording a new program record of 7,558 points.
  • Indoor
    • Competed in five meets during the indoor season, including the heptathlon in two of the meets.
    • Crowned the Big South Heptathlon Champion after recording 5,360 points with personal bests in the 60m (7.17) and the 60m hurdles (8.49). He placed first in every event except the 1000m. 
SOPHOMORE (2023/Keiser) 
  • Indoor NAIA heptathlon national champion. 
  • All-conference choice for outdoor decathlon. 
  • All-American performer in the outdoor decathlon. 
FRESHMAN (2022/Keiser) 
  • Sun Conference Freshman of the Year.
  • Sun Conference indoor high jump champion. 
  • NAIA All-American in the decathlon.
PREP
  • Competed in track and field, basketball, and volleyball for College Avenue Secondary School
