Will Hayes joined the High Point University Strength & Conditioning coaching staff in August 2013. Hayes joined the Panthers after three years at UNC Greensboro.
Hayes coached for three years at UNC Greensboro, rising from Graduate Intern to Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach. While at UNCG, he was responsible for the training programs for women's volleyball, baseball, women's tennis, men's golf, men's and women's cross country and men’s and women’s track and field.
Hayes earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2010. During his time at Chapel Hill he worked as an intern with the UNC Strength & Conditioning department.
Hayes received his master's degree in Exercise Physiology from UNC Greensboro in 2012. He is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a United States Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USAW).
