Indoor (2024-25)
- Competed at seven meets during the indoor season.
- Competed in the mile one time during the season at the 2024 Liberty Kickoff with a 4:20.89 time and placed second.
- Broke the 500m record with a 1:02.01 time at the Doc Hale VT Meet (2/7) and placed third. Also ran in the 400m and recorded a 48.05 time for fourth place.
- At the Gamecock Challenge (2/1), placed first in both events competed in, 600m & 800m. Broke the 600m record with a 1:18.25 time.
- Broke the program record in the 800m at the Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/14) with a 1:50.08 time.
- Also competed with the 4x400m relay team at the Liberty Kickoff (12/5) and the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/17).
High School:
- Named the Athlete of the Year (2024).
- The No. 1 All-time leader in the indoor 400m in the state of Delaware (2024).
- Was a 2x All-American and 4x State Champion.
