Freshman (2024-25)

• Outdoor
  • Competed at 10 meets during the outdoor season.
  • Qualified for the NCAA Division I East First Rounds (May 28). Finished 13th in the prelims with a program record 1:47.11 time to qualify for the First Round finals. Also competed on the 4x400m team and placed 21st with a 3:08.09 time.
  • Was crowned the Big South 800m Champion with a 1:47.37 program, Big South and meet record time.
  • Also crowned the Big South 4x400m relay team Champions with a 3:07.58 time.
  • The 4x400m relay team set a program record at the Dani Palooza Last Chance meet (May 18) with a 3:05.92 time.
  • Set a personal best in the 400m at the VertKlasse (Apr. 4) with a 47.43 time for fourth place.
  • Recorded a personal best int eh 1500m at the Webb Davidson Meet (Mar. 21) with a 3:59.36 time for sixth place.
  • The first HPU Panther since 2013 to be voted the Big South Men's Track Athlete of the Year.
  • Posted a PR of 1:46.81 to win the 800m at the USA Track & Field U20 Championships to break the school record.
• Indoor 
  • Competed at seven meets during the indoor season.
  • Competed in the mile one time during the season at the 2024 Liberty Kickoff with a 4:20.89 time and placed second.
  • Broke the 500m program record with a 1:02.01 time - third-fastest in the conference record book - at the Doc Hale VT Meet (2/7) and placed third. Also ran in the 400m and recorded a 48.05 time for fourth place.
  • At the Gamecock Challenge (2/1), placed first in both events competed in, 600m & 800m. Broke the 600m program and Big South record with a 1:18.25 time.
  • Broke the program record in the 800m at the Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/14) with a 1:50.08 time.
  • Also competed with the 4x400m relay team at the Liberty Kickoff (12/5) and the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/17).
  • Was crowned the Big South 800m Champion, 4x400m Champions and the DMR Champions. Clocked a 1:49.49 time in the 800m, a 3:11.14 time in the 4x400m and a 9:54.14 time int he DMR - all of which were meet record times.

High School:

• Named the Athlete of the Year (2024).
• The No. 1 All-time leader in the indoor 400m in the state of Delaware (2024).
• Was a 2x All-American and 4x State Champion.
