Prep: Three-year captain in cross country and track at Blue Valley North High School...Led the Mustangs to their first berth in the state cross country meet in 12 years...Was a three-time team MVP during his high school career and also earned two letters in basketball over his four years...Owned personal bests of 16:26 in the 5000-meter, 9:39 in the 3200-meter, 4:21 in the 1600-meter and 1:58 in the 800-meter.
