2021 Outdoor: Bouchrak ran the 3000m steeplechase three times this outdoor season. He improved each time, he enjoyed a first-place finish at the Charlotte Invitational. He followed that up with an 8:49.44 performance at the Virginia Challenge. His third go in the 3000m steeplechase occurred at the Big South Championship where he became the Big South Individual champion in the Steeplechase. 

SENIOR (2020): Big South Runner of the Week (2/3, 2/17)... Named to Big South All Conference and All Academic Team...Finished 1st at the 2021 Winthrop ADIDAS Cross Country Invitational with an 8K time of 24:45.6 (1/29)...Finished 1st in the High Point University Winter Vertcross with an 8K time of 25:21.3 (2/12)...Placed 10th in the Big South Championship with an 8K time of 23:43.9 (3/5)...Millis Scholar Athlete.

FRESHMAN (2017): Big South All-Conference honoree after finishing 8th at Big South Championships...Was also HPU's top finisher at conference meet...Placed 5th at Vertcross in collegiate debut.
