High Point University Athletics

The Jerry and Kitty Steele Sports Center houses a majority of the High Point University Athletic Department's administration and day-to-day operations. It houses offices and work areas for HPU's administration as well as coach offices and locker rooms for baseball, men's and women's cross country and track & field and men’s and women’s golf.

The Steele Sports Center is alive with activity on a daily basis as HPU's student-athletes utilize the facility for its weight room and to meet with coaches and administration. It is conveniently located right between Vert Stadium and Williard Stadium.

Renovations during the 2014-15 academic year have included a new turf surface utilized for strength & conditioning training as well as a new baseball locker room that will provide a state-of-the-art team space for the program.
