2019-20 Indoor: Placed fourth and set a personal best time of 1:51.12 in the 800m at the Music City Challenge (2/14-15)... Won the Big South Indoor title in the 800m run, placed fourth in the mile with a personal best time of 4:13.85, and was part of the third place 4x400 at the Big South Indoor Championships (2/28-29).
2019 Outdoor: Ran a 1:51.19 in the HPU VertKlasse Meeting 800m (3/21) taking first in the event... Big South Men's Track Athlete of the Week selection (3/27)... Part of a 1600m SMR squad that set a school record pace of 3:22.78 for first place at Raleigh Relays (3/29)... Set a career best with a 1:50.63 in the Raleigh Relays 800m (3/29), coming in fourth overall... Won the Aggie Invitational 1500m (4/13), crossing the finish line in 3:55.48... Millis Scholar-Athlete.
2018-19 Indoor: Ran a 9:02.23 in the 3000m, to open the indoor season at JDL Early Bird Duals (12/2)... 4:18.89 took third place in the mile at the Keydet Invitational (1/18)... Turned in a 1:55.95 in the Camel City Invitational 800m (2/1) for fourth overall... 2018 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 800 meters in a time of 1:51.65 at the Big South Championships... Recorded a time of 1:51.14 in the prelims to set a new PR.
