2015: Won an individual title at the Upstate Invitational (Oct. 3), finishing with a career-best 6k with a time of 18:18.6…Posted a career-best 5k time of 18:37.9 at the Panorama Farms Invitational finishing in 51st…Took 12th at the Furman XC Classic finishing with a time of 21:54.0…Won her first collegiate title at the season opener with a time of 21:54.0 at the Elon Open…Big South runner of the week (9/15)…HPU student-athlete of the week (9/7).
2014: Named to Big South All-Conference ... Made her collegiate debut by leading HPU at the Gardner-Webb Invitational on Sept. 13 with a sixth-place finish in 19:29.18 ... Took 65th in 23:38.14 at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational on Sept. 26 ... Finished 28th in 19:44.99 at the Blue Ridge Open on Oct. 17 ... Finished 10th with a college personal best performance of 18:51.83 in the Big South Championship on Nov. 1 ... Placed 182nd in the NCAA Southeast Regionals on Nov. 14 with a time of 23:18.20.
Prior To HPU: Ran for Pearl River High School where she captured the New York state title in the 2000m steeplechase in 2014...Also earned All-America honors as a junior as a part of Pearl River's distance medley relay team at the National Scholastic Sports Foundation New Balance Outdoor Track & Field National Championship in Greensboro...Two-time all-state track selection...Received all-league, Rockland County and Section 1 honors eight times...Three-time all-state selection in cross country...Garnered first team all-state honors as a senior in 2013 after finishing second at the state championship...Also garnered first team all-league, Rockland County and Section 1 accolades from 2011-2013...Finished fifth in the prestigious Millrose Mile at the annual Millrose Games in 2014 and participated in the mile run at the internationally renowned Penn Relays in 2013 and 2014...Owned personal bests of 6:48.58 in the 2000m steeplechase, 9:57.30 in the 3000m, 4:54.10 in the one mile run, 4:32.23 in the 1500m and 2:13.90 in the 800m.
