2007: Finished in the team's top-3 consistently throughout the season... had two top-five finishes... helped the Panthers to first place finishes at the UNC Challenge and the Big South Preview and a second place finish at the Big South Championships... Millis Scholar-Athlete.
2006: Helped the Panthers to a first place finish at the Old North State Championships and a third place finish at the Big South meet... also a member of the track team where he was Big South Outdoor Champion in the 800m... Millis Scholar-Athlete... Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

PREP DAYS>>>
Attended TC Roberson High School where he was the 2006 North Carolina Indoor Champion in both the 1000-meter and the 1600-meter run... In outdoor track he was the North Carolina champion in the 800-meter, 1600-meter and 4x800-meter relay... helped team to both the 2004 and 2005 North Carolina State Cross Country championship and the 2005 3-A Track Championship.
