2007: Assisted in the Panthers' first place finish at the UNC Challenge (5k) with an 11th place finish in 16:14 ... Helped HPU to another first place showing at the Big South Preview with a time of 27:42, finishing in 10th place ... Ran a season best 26:25 for 72nd place at the Blue Ridge Open ... Helped in HPU's second place finish at the Big South Conference Championships with a 14th place finish in 26:47... Millis Scholar-Athlete.
2006: Finished the Wake Forest Relays (7.4k) in 24:13 for 27th place ... Helped the Panthers to a first place finish at the Old North State Championships with a 17th place finish (27:58.6) ...
