HIGH POINT, N.C. – The High Point University women's soccer team brings the energy to win 3-0 against the Radford Highlanders in a Saturday evening matchup.
Head Coach Aaron McGuiness: "The energy was good. We executed the plan that we asked and really made it difficult for the other team. When we won possession we wanted to be composed and build an attack. I thought we were unlucky not to have a couple goals early on in the first half, but the message at halftime was continue to do what we're doing and make sure we're putting the ball in the back of the net this time and not making it just on chance. I think everyone was excited to be home it's always nice playing in front of your home crowd and on your home field. This caused the energy to be good surrounding the match."
