This Week in HPU Athletics (11/3-11/9)

High Point, N.C. — This week in High Point University Athletics, men's and women's basketball kicks off their 2025-2026 season Monday. Men's basketball faces Furman University in the Field of 68 Opening Marathon at 6:30 in Rock Hill, while women's basketball competes against Johnson C. Smith in High Point. Women's soccer has their semifinal match against Radford on Thursday, and with a win will advance to play in the Big South Championship Game on Sunday. Volleyball has a weekend pair of road conference games against Presbyterian and Charleston Southern, respectively. Women's basketball hosts Wofford while men's basketball follows with a game versus Averett University for a hoops home Saturday doubleheader. Men's soccer will kick off its first game in the Big South Tournament on Sunday against the winner of the #4/5 matchup of UNC Asheville and USC Upstate.
