HIGH POINT, N.C. - The High Point University women's soccer team is set to host the No. 5 seeded Gardner-Webb University for the Quarterfinals of the Big South Conference Tournament on Saturday, November 1 at 4:00 p.m.

The Panthers secured the four seed in the upcoming conference tournament after finishing the conference season with a 3-3-2 record. High Point and Gardner-Webb both finished with 11 points, but HPU holds the tiebreaker with the recent 3-0 win over GWU just last week. This is High Point's first meeting with the Runnin' Bulldogs in the postseason since 2019 as HPU looks to continue its unbeaten streak at home against Gardner-Webb. 

On Saturday, HPU will host GWU at Vert Stadium for a quarterfinal match up at 4:00 p.m. on ESPN +. The winner will advance to the semifinals against the No. 1 seeded Radford University on Thursday, Nov. 6. The semifinals and championship will be played at the Sportsplex at Matthews in Matthews, N.C.
