The High Point University women's soccer team (4-7-2) will be back on the road this weekend as they head to Boilings Springs to face Gardner-Webb (6-10) on Saturday night.
History with Gardner-Webb
HPU is 12-3-4 against Garnder-Webb all-time. Last season HPU came out on top with a dominant 6-1 victory at Vert Stadium. Four different Panthers scored in the victory with Juliette Vidal and Salome Pratt both scoring two goals apiece. Lauren Mazich and Skyler Prillaman also contributed a brace each.

Radford is entering Wednesday night's game with a 3-4 record in Big South play with wins coming against UNC Asheville, Hampton, and Radford. Maddie Turlington currently leads the team in scoring with six goals and three assists on the season.

The Panthers' winning streak was snapped at four games on Wednesday night as the Highlanders of Radford defeated HPU 1-0 at Vert Stadium.
Mashinski Makes Big South Honors
Mashinski had her first career brace and an assist in the win against USC Upstate. Mashinski scored her fourth goal in five games as she put her Panthers up 1-0 in the second minute. She was assisted by Skyler Prillaman. The duo of Mashinski and Prillaman would connect again in the 19th minute as the freshman recorded the first brace of her young career. It was the second game in a row where she has provided a goal. The freshman now has four goals on the season. Mashinski's goal swung the momentum back into the favor of the Purple & White renewing the Panther two-goal lead. This marks the first Big South Player of the Week Honor of her career.
