HIGH POINT, N.C. - After dropping its season opener on a late tally this past week, High Point University women's soccer will be looking for its first win of the 2019 campaign this Sunday at Elon. This weekend's match will be the Panthers' first road contest of the season, as the club is 2-1-2 in their five previous road openers.

MATCHUP HISTORY
• High Point University trails Elon in the all-time series, holding a record of 3-14-6 against the Phoenix all-time
• The Panthers' previous meeting with Elon ended in a scoreless draw last year, as the club holds a 2-1-1 record against the Phoenix in their past four meetings

THE PANTHERS
• High Point received a 1-0 loss to Virginia Commonwealth to start the season, giving up the lone goal of the match with 20 seconds remaining in regulation time
