Dr. Amy Richmond for earning her Doctorate in Athletic Training from the University of Idaho.

Richmond defended her dissertation "Alternative Approaches to the Treatment of Athletic Injuries and Shift in Clinical Practice Philosophy: A Dissertation of Clinical Practice Improvement"Â in July.
Â
After joining the High Point University sports medicine staff, Richmond has served as the athletic trainer for the men's soccer and women's basketball programs.
