High Point Notes:
• The Panthers are in search of consecutive regular season conference  championships for the first time in the 26-year history of the program (since 1992, Div. I since 1999).
• High Point would earn the No. 1 seed in the Big South Tournament with a win PLUS all scenarios except for: Longwood loss + Liberty clinches goals allowed tiebreaker (currently 4-4).
• HPU's 15-member senior class has established a new school record with 46 wins, including Wednesday's 1-0 triumph against Campbell. Sophomore Ashlyn Kearney scored her first career goal in the 78th minute to lead HPU to the victory.
• Four of HPU's six league victories have come in extra time on golden goals by Paige Rombach (Radford), Bri Jean-Charles (CSU), Becca Rolfe (Gardner-Webb), and Bailey Beattie (Winthrop). HPU is now unbeaten in its last 13 regular season OT matches over the last three years, posting a 6-0-7 mark.
• HPU is tied for first in the league in GAA (0.47) through eight conference contests, allowing just four goals, which is also tied for the fewest in the league. High Point is one of three teams in the league to post five shutouts through eight Big South matches (Liberty and Longwood).

Presbyterian Notes:
• Presbyterian enters Saturday's match winless in its last three matches against Big South competition. The Blue Hose's lone win in league play came at Winthrop (2-1).
• The Blue Hose are led in scoring by Frances Whitesides (3G, 3A) with nine points. Whitesides is the only player on the squad with double-digit shots on goal.
• Abby Jones and Anna Coleman have split the last three matches in net for PC. Jones has played a majority of the minutes and holds a 1-7 mark with a 2.20 GAA and .640 save percentage.
• The Blue Hose have recorded a conference-low one shutout.

Series Notes:
• High Point and Presbyterian are meeting for the 13th time in school history.
• The Panthers have won five straight matchups with the Blue Hose dating back to 2011 when PC earned its last victory in the series.
• Last season, High Point pulled out a 2-0 victory on the backs of two goals from Kelsey Perrell. HPU held Presbyterian to just one shot in the match.
• High Point has not allowed a goal in the last two matchups.
