High Point Notes:
           • High Point moved to the top of the Big South standings with a 2-0 win at Radford on Saturday night. The Panthers improved their record to 10-5-2 overall and 6-1-1 in the Big South with the victory.

Kelsey Perrell scored her conference-leading ninth goal of the season and freshman
Alex Denny notched her third score of the season in the win over the Highlanders.
           • High Point can clinch its third Big South Regular Season Championship with a win over Winthrop on Tuesday or a Liberty loss or draw at Charleston Southern. The regular-season title would be the Panthers' first since 2012.
           • Perrell was named the Big South Women's Soccer Attacking Player of the Week after scoring three times in two games. She leads HPU with 20 points on a team-high nine goals and two assists. The redshirt-senior tops the Big South in goals scored and is tied for second in the conference in points.
           • In addition to Perrell, six other Panther players have scored at least two goals as part of a balanced HPU attack this season, including redshirt-junior
Bailey Beattie who is second on the team with 11 points on four goals and three assists.

Alex Hank has started all 17 games for HPU in goal and has a 1.12 goals-against average with a .775 save percentage. In 13 games against non-Power 5 opponents she is 9-1-2 and has allowed just six goals while posting seven shutouts. She leads the conference with a 0.25 goals-against average and a .920 save percentage in Big South games.
           • Hank holds the record for career wins in the High Point Div. I record book with 25 through her first three seasons. She is also second in career shutouts with 17.

Winthrop Notes:
           • Winthrop earned its first conference win of the season with a 2-1 victory at Presbyterian College on Saturday. The Eagled enter the week with a 4-11-1 overall record and a 1-6-1 mark in the Big South.
           • The Eagles and Blue Hose were tied at 1-1 in the second overtime period when Dylan Patterson scored in the 105th minute to give Winthrop the win, its first since Sept. 11.
           • Keeley Leising who has 13 points and six goals this season leads Winthrop offensively. She has a third of the Eagles' goals this season. Greta Conboy (3) and Lauren Watts (2) are the only two other WU players with multiple goals on the year.
           • Winthrop has allowed 30 goals in 16 games this season, including 17 in eight Big South contests. Three different players have seen time in goal for WU with Caroline Duncan seeing the majority of the minutes down the stretch. Duncan is 2-3-1 with a 1.47 goals-against average and a .762 save percentage.
