HIGH POINT, N.C. - The Big South Conference has announced its weekly awards for the week of November 23 through November 30 as High Point University's Macy Spencer was awarded her second Player of the Week award.

The Panthers went 2-0 last week while Spencer was named The Big Easy Classic MVP after two stellar performances in Louisiana. 

The junior guard averaged 23.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 2.0 assists over the two Big Easy Classic games. Spencer started the week with a career-high 31 points against University of Louisiana. Just in the first quarter, Spencer already had 18 points, and was 6-8 from three. She finished going 9-for-17 from beyond the arc and 10-for-20 from the field. She followed up her career performance with a double-double the very next day. Spencer scored 16 points, and pulled in 10 rebounds. 

High Point is back on the home court tonight as they host University of Virginia Wise at 7:00 p.m. in the Qubein Center.
