2012: Teamed with John Yankello to finish 12th at the Demon Deacon Quad Meet ... Placed 49th in the Winthrop Invitational with a time of 26:23.32 ... Competed in the Charlotte Invitational, placing 79th with a time of 26:08.95 ... Placed 53rd with a time of 25:45.12 at the Blue Ridge Open ... Took 19th at the Big South Championship with a mark of 26:00.40 ... Big South Presidential Honor Roll and Millis Scholar-Athlete.

2011: Made his collegiate debut at the Covered Bridge Open on Sept. 2, placing 42nd in 27:06.0 … Took eighth in 27:25 at the Hagan Stone Classic on Sept. 30 … Placed third in the open race in 26:34.3 at the Blue Ridge Open on Oct. 14 … Placed 24th in a season-best 25:44 at the Big South Championship on Oct. 29 to close out the season.

Prep: A four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Marvin Ridge High ... Capped off his prep career by finishing second in the 3,200-meter, third in the 1,600-meter and running on the third-place 4x800 relay at the North Carolina 3A Championship in 2011 ... Set high school bests of 4:25.12 in the 1,600-meter and 9:25.05 in the 3,200-meter on the track and 15:25 for 5K in cross country ... In cross country, was region champ and runner-up at the 3A state championship ... Three-time All-Region and four-time All-Conference selection in both track and cross country ... Qualified for Nike Cross Country Nationals.
